In January 2010, Mr. Hu became a member of JD Group and took on various positions throughout his career. He has had significant experience in logistics operations and management. Mr. Hu served as the CEO of JINGDONG Property, Inc. from April 2019 to June 2023. He was also the general manager of the Northern China region for JD Logistics from December 2017 to March 2019, the general manager of the southwest region at JD Group's logistics division from May 2015 to November 2017, and the director of human resources at the logistics division of JD Group from January 2010 to April 2015. Mr. Hu played an important role as the chairperson, executive director, and CEO of China Logistics Property Holdings Co., Ltd. from February to July 2022. He has also been a director of the company since February 2022. Furthermore, Mr. Hu served as a non-executive director at ESR Group Limited (stock code: 1821) between February 2021 and June 2023. Before joining JD Group, Mr. Hu worked as a human resources manager at Chengdu Renrenle Commercial Co., Ltd. from November 2006 to January 2010.
In June 2005, Mr. Hu attained his bachelor's degree in land resources management from Sichuan Agricultural University, and in November 2022, he received his master's degree in business administration from China Europe International Business School.
