Frayt's report, Navigating The Last Mile, says technology is crucial for last mile operations. The report shows that 47% of respondents said tech had boosted delivery accuracy. Another 38% said tech can reduce delivery time.
Using freight technology like real-time tracking and optimized routes has made last mile operations better. According to a survey, 63% of respondents said it improved customer satisfaction.
65% of businesses think talking to customers during delivery is important, according to the survey.
