SINGAPORE—The Philippine Transportation Department and Manila's Ninoy Aquino International Airport are looking for potential international companies to manage the deteriorating aviation hub. Government officials will travel to Singapore during the week starting from September 9th, and then proceed to Paris during the week starting from September 18th in order to attract potential investors.
