Despite the scorching heat experienced in summer, Tokyo has failed to deter Elon Musk from paying a visit to the vibrant city.

Musk shared on X, the popular social media site previously referred to as Twitter, that he had recently reached the extraordinary country of Japan.

Approximately 12 hours later, he shared a new update regarding his activities. Regardless of your opinion about him, it is evident that he is skilled in enjoying himself.

Musk shared a video showcasing a segment of the expansive TeamLab Planets Tokyo showcase located in Odaiba.

This specific space, known as "The Infinite Crystal Universe," stands out as one of the most visually appealing installations within the exhibit. Its stunning aesthetic is immediately captivating, leaving no room for doubt as to its allure.

According to Musk himself, he has a great affection for it.

And it appears that Musk and Grimes' child, X, was also accompanying them, and equally captivated by the illuminations.

The TeamLab exhibition offers more than just "The Infinite Crystal Universe." During my visit to the gallery last month, I was amazed by several other displays. There is a space where you can walk through warm water up to your knees and engage with digital images of koi fish. Additionally, they have a floating garden of beautiful flowers hanging from the ceiling.

Speaking about Grimes, it seems like the Musk family vacation wasn't solely for their TeamLab visit. Musk also broadcasted a part of Grimes' Friday performance at the Makuhari Messe, a venue in Chiba, through a live stream.

In general, it appears that Musk and his family's summer adventure is definitely matching his description of the trip until now: He shared on X on Friday, labeling the vacation as: "The Quick & The Extravagant: Tōkyō Drīft 2023."

According to The Japan Times, Musk's recent visit to Japan marks his second journey to Asia this year, and his initial venture to Japan in nearly ten years. In the month of May, he embarked on a trip to China, where he received immense admiration being referred to as "Brother Ma" and treated with utmost honor and respect.
